[opensuse] Setting default printer - Firefox / open office ignoring me!!!
All, OpenSuse 11.0 -- KDE 3.5 I just added a second printer to my setup. I changed the default printer via YAST, but it did not seem to take. I rebooted to make sure everything is stable / propagated. Current status: lpstat -d shows correct default printer and lpr prints to it Yast shows correct default printer. open office and firefox default to the wrong printer. ie. The one I originally had configured as the sole printer. Where else do I need to set the default? Greg, I think these applications (as well as GIMP and maybe others too) track their printers separately in your personal account. I believe that's where the settings need to be adjusted.
