Re: [S.u.S.E. Linux] Applixware on S.u.S.E.
To comment a line in your fstab, simply insert a #-sign at the beginning of the line. My fstab looks like this: /dev/hda1 / ext2 defaults 1 1 /dev/hda2 swap swap defaults 0 0 /dev/sda1 /winc msdos defaults 0 0 /dev/sdb1 /wind msdos defaults 0 0 /dev/scd0 /cdwriter iso9660 ro,noauto, user 0 0 none /proc proc defaults 0 0 # End of YaST-generated fstab lines /dev/hdc /cdrom iso9660 ro,noauto, user 0 0 /dev/fd0 /fd0 ext2 noauto, user 0 0 /dev/fd0 /a msdos noauto, user 0 0 notice the line "# End of YaST-generated fstab lines" The # comments it out. Before messing with your fstab make a backup first. I have the client version, but I haven't really used it in a while. It runs kinda slow on my machine: amd k5-133 w/32megs. I have a crappy vieocard, so that might also affect it. Configuration was a pain (I like how fvwm is really easy, so that's what I use right now). It sure looks snazzy, but I'm a simple guy with simple needs and it was just too involved for me at the time. Maybe I'll take another crack at it, I don't have much to do tomorrow :) Luck Mark Jaime Smith wrote:
