stopping SuSEconfig from resetting certain things?

How can you disable certain things that SuSEconfig syncs? I want to use SuSEconfig for most things, but for instance, I don't want it to config my fonts, or maybe mozilla. How can I disable certain things? Jeric, Take a look at the following dir: /sbin/conf.d There is a bunch of executable script there called SuSEconfig.**** where *** is what it does (each script).
