Re: [SLE] geek code generator under SuSE ?
Read the spec at www.geekcode.com and construct it by hand. Very likely, you'll only do it once... Check your code at http://www.cps.unizar.es/cgi-bin/geek3/. /Lennart -----Ursprungligt meddelande----- Från: Linux News User [mailto:linux@ods.co.cr] Skickat: den 3 maj 2001 23:26 Till: suse-linux-e@suse.com Ämne: [SLE] geek code generator under SuSE ? hi ! does any one know a geek code generator ? -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/support/faq and the archives at http://lists.suse.com
hi ! I was reading about GRUB at Linux journal of may 2001... does some one know if GRUB is better than Lilo and why ? or why not ? Thanks bye --ed
Mandrake used GRUB to get past the old lilo size limitations. I've used it and seems fairly nice. However, the present version of lilo doesn't suffer from the previous versions limitations and therefore I personally don't feel any need to use GRUB. Your millage may vary.
