WebWasher is a very effective and user-friendly ad, cookie, script filtering proxy for web browsers. I originally used it on Windows (RIP) and am pleased to find that a linux version has been released. So far I have found that it is very good -- stable and effective, if not quite as lean and mean as junkbuster. It has the advantage over JB of filtering images based on size. Combining it with Konq's very good filtering capabilities, it is possible to have very fine-grained, personalized filtering. www.webwasher.de -- Corvin Russell <corvinr@sympatico.ca>
