Pine doesn't have font adjustement. You have to start it in an xterm that is already setup to display Hungarian - in however way you do that; I suppose with the LANG and LC_ALL environment vars. For example, I start the xterm with this line: LANG=en_US.ISO-8859-1 LC_ALL=en_US.ISO-8859-1 /usr/bin/xterm -bd blue & to get an ISO-8859-1 xterm instead of the default UTF-8. Then, you have to change the appropiate setting in Pine (Setup/Config): character-set = ISO-8859-1 But notice that the setting is "fixed", you can not change it for each mail. - -- Cheers, Carlos Robinson -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.0 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Made with pgp4pine 1.76 iD8DBQFD3QrPtTMYHG2NR9URAi1OAKCLgHL+HCOv2jFPa9uz02hqlxtGDQCghdwd Os2K5sVsRpBTR/rNsR9BJXI= =e9cb -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
