[opensuse] ATI TV-Out
Last weekend I tried to make the TV-Out of my ATI Radeon X300 usable. Therfore I installed the new ATI driver "fglrx" although I was running well using "radeon". I thought the amd tools would provide an option to turn TV-Out on but there wasn't. I recognised there's an option for nvidia cards in totem. Is there something similar for ATI cards? How do I activate TV-Out? Can I switch back to "radeon" driver and use TV-Out? Thanks for help. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Check in sax2 graphic card options. There should be one to enable TV out. On my laptop it SVHS out is on without any intervention. The adapter is X200 running under fglrx driver. -- Regards, Rajko http://en.opensuse.org/Portal needs helpful hands. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
