no more screen lock in kde of OS 15.5?
Hi, there was an entry in the right-click menu of the KDE desktop to lock the screen (so that a password is required to come back). This menu entry isn't there anymore. Is this my fault? Can I bring it back? In XFCE I don't have a quick way. I have to pop the menu, and then one of the buttons is a padlock. In a distant past, one way was to push the mouse to a certain corner. I seem to remember a hotkey once. Possibly the feature has to be enabled? In another machine I have the automatic screensaver+lock screen, and it turned out that I hitting the button to lock the screen refused to work. Someone thought they are related. Someone does not imagine you want the display always on, till the moment you want it off. -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R. (from openSUSE 15.5 (Laicolasse))

there is a way in Tumbleweed to get back this along with the "quit" option One have to go to the "start in edit mode" (right clic) then config desktop, mouse, rigth button then on the right parameter icon gives you a drop down menu jdd -- c'est quoi, usenet? http://www.dodin.org/wiki/pmwiki.php?n=Usenet.Usenet

Thanks jdd, this works too in OS 15.5, and now I have this menu entry back and it works :-) -- Daniel Bauer photographer Basel Málaga Twitter: @Marsfotografo (often explicit nudes) https://www.patreon.com/danielbauer https://www.daniel-bauer.com (nudes)
