As much as I know you can't. use a better editor, like kwrite etc. It is fast and also has very nice and useful options, like highlithing, showing contents within brackets etc.etc. And does nothing you don't tell it to do... OOo always does a lot of changes on html, for me it is therefor not usable as a html editor. It is a typical "windowish behaviour": the program thinks it knows better what you want than you yourself... regards Daniel -- Daniel Bauer photographer Basel Barcelona professional photography: http://www.daniel-bauer.com my new blog: http://www.guapamania.com/wordpress/ -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Which is presumably the reason why anyone would want to use OOo for editing HTML. Otherwise, like you suggest, kwrite, vi etc. will do a better job. -- Per Jessen, Zürich (9.8°C) -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

I don't write in HTML, I need it to check things once in a while.
