I am running SuSe 10 with a motherboard that has an on board 100Mb network adapter. (The on-board adapter that I have is listed by Tast as a "Holco Enterprises Co, Ltd/Shuttle nForce2 controller"). . I also have a system running SuSE 10 with a motherboard that has no network adapter and a PC running Windows 98 with a motherboard with no adapter. I would like to network these three systems into a wired network. Does anyone have a suggestion on a wired PCI adaptor card to use on the two systems with no on-board adapters? The hardware DB hasn't been much help. Thanks, John
nowadays almost whatever NIC you purchase that is less than 4 years old is almost guaranteed to work On 12/29/05, John Graddy <jgraddy@wimberley-tx.com> wrote:

I've always had good luck with Netgear Fx310/311 cards but the number may have changed.
