Actually it works here for those folders to with an empty To: field so it can't be that. Its setp up ok in "Message/MailingList Management". If you click "Invoke Handler" on "Mail List Management" dialog, it correctly creates a kmail email compose window with opensuse@opensuse.org as the TO:.

Right clicking on the mailing list folder doesn't give you a "post to mailing list" option like kmail1.

I do not have that item in the context menu either – yet in the Message menu (SHIFT+CTRL+N). So probably it was just removed because it is a "message action" and not a "folder action". Maybe a reason but right clicking the menu to send to the mailin list would be a nice option to have
