[SLE] Silly me, I thought libjpeg.so.62 would handle calls to libjpeg.so.61 if ...
I linked 'libjpeg.so.61' to libjpeg.so.62. But, what do I know. I've only been prgramming since 1968. I was wrong. In getting Sane-1.1 to work, by installing libjpeg.so.62 I broke kfm, at least for web browsing. And guess what? You can't find 'libjpeg.so.61' out under rpmfind or anyone other place google knows about. So, what package does libjpeg.so.61 come in? Where can I find it? I guess I didn't make myself clear. The problem is that if I fix kfm by installing the libjpeg from the SuSE CD then I break (it removes) the 62 version and Sane and Xmovies stop working. What to do? JLK On Mon, 17 Apr 2000, you wrote:
