One of the updates to firefox seems to have broken the one that used to work requiring this 'patch'. Did someone submit a bug report ? ftp http and https handlers are in bold, so Novell changed them ? ? That is still working for me. And I wonder how an update for Firefox would break Thunderbird in that case? Maybe he meant an update of Thunderbird ? Probably, but still I don't think so.
Do you have the same values as i stated in you about:config ? No, I don't have protocol-handlers defined for http or https. And it's also not needed in a non-broken openSUSE system in my experience. So maybe those entries came from another Linux i used. How can i delete a preference in about:config ?

Probably right-click -> Reset. Or (if Thunderbird is not running) delete the line from the file prefs.js in the profile. Wolfgang -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
