What a load of horse dung! Personally I don't use POP mail any more but when I did last I used either Pegasus on the Win tin or KMail on the Linux tin. Both are equally good (excellent) e-mail clients both far, far in excess in terms of useability etc than the PC newcomers first stop of Outlook Express. Sorry, I just do not understand what the authors of this report are talking about.
