[opensuse] How do I rearrange accounts in Thunderbird .........
I want to switch my primary account the gmail.com (from att.net) but when I add it, it ends up at the bottom. How can I get it to the top ? Gosh, Duaine, you are now stretching my memory cells....... but have you tried left-click-hold on what you want moved then moving it to where you want it to be? I did something like this quite some ago so and I may be wrong in what I just said....... Another thought just came to me: what about 'adjusting the appropriate *.js file (in /.thunderbird/default...... )? It's under the View Account Settings -> Set as Default. Thanks, Duaine On 12/19/2013 11:39 PM, Basil Chupin wrote:

Yes, With 11 accounts, I had to find something... What is amazing is that little extension just keeps working across all the mozilla version race stuff. It hasn't been updated in a while and the author is looking for someone to take over the project: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/thunderbird/addon/folderpane-tools/ If anyone is interested, just visit the link and get in touch with the author: Philip Chee. Looking at the package it is basically a bit of js with a couple of xul and dtd files. -- David C. You can't. I have never seen an email program (Thunderbird, Seamonkey, Outlook or Lotus Notes) where you could move accounts around. Your only option, is to change the server setting and name on the accounts. This only works if they are the same type i.e. POP or IMAP. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

You can, at least this worked for me a couple of weeks ago via about:config with Seamonkey 2.21. <http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?t=56225> -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
