TKS Joe. Seems that Yast is still broken if you need to create a yast installation source to simply add a directory of downloaded files as an install source for Yast. Used to work just fine from 5.2 - 10.0 Guess I will just do it manually and add dependencies manually as well. For example; Dl'd the latest Koffice version to any directory under /home/user, point yast to this dir as an install source, and yast would sort out all the dependencies either from CD or from repositories on line. Sadly no longer..:) Perhaps in 10.2 the various package managers will be integrated and fully functional. -- /ch -- Check the headers for your unsubscription address For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the archives at http://lists.suse.com Please read the FAQs: suse-linux-e-faq@suse.com
