Two questions were asked. You supplied ONE single word answer. How were we to know what you meant? How were we to know the answer to both questions, when we see the same two packages in the repo that you see (or could have seen). Maybe Google just pulled the stable package to put up a new version, or fix the long standing dependency problem it has had. But these are just guesses, because you are asking on the wrong list. Go find the google list and ask these questions, instead of being curt with everybody on this list. We are not here to do your research for you. -- After all is said and done, more is said than done.

you mean I am automagically understand what you want rather than what you said. YOU are being intenionally obtuse AGAIN. it is NOT an openSUSE problem but a google problem and will not be addressed here. ask google why. -- (paka)Patrick Shanahan Plainfield, Indiana, USA @ptilopteri http://en.opensuse.org openSUSE Community Member facebook/ptilopteri Registered Linux User #207535 @ http://linuxcounter.net Photos: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/piwigo paka @ IRCnet freenode -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

"opensuse English Generic questions and User to User support for all the openSUSE distributions"
Exactly. It is an application made for Linux, there are other openSUSE users using that same repo. It does not matter that it is a proprietary repo, same as we ask Nvidia related questions here. -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R. (from 42.3 x86_64 "Malachite" at Telcontar)
Seems that someone has reported it to bugs.chromium.org. No answer yet. Nice of you to do Carlos's homework and look that up for him. Or Carlos could email Packager: Chrome Linux Team <chromium-dev@chromium.org> See, Carlos, everybody tripping all over themselves to look stuff up for you. -- After all is said and done, more is said than done. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

Well, I didn't know of that site.

Nope. That's Chromium, not Chrome.

Same as I other times I look stuff for other people. We help one another here. -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R. (from 42.3 x86_64 "Malachite" at Telcontar)

As usual, wrong again. That guy is the packager for the Chrome on the Google Chrome Repo. If you insist on being stubborn, at least check your facts. Right out of the package for the Beta on that repository

Seems to be fixed as of 30 minutes ago. The issue I referred to was a duplicate of this one https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=838657 -- /bengan -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

Yes, and here they say what happened and what they did about it. Thanks for finding it :-) -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R. (from 42.3 x86_64 "Malachite" at Telcontar)
