When I am booting into SuSE, I am getting this error: ************************************************************** fsck.ext2 /dev/hdc7 failed (status 8): Run it manually! fsck failed. Please repair manually and reboot. The root file system is currently mounted read-only. To remount it read-write to: bash# mount -n -o remount, rw / ************************************************************** I'm not sure what to do to correct this, any help would be great!!! thanks, -Chris Miller
When your system is booted, don't remount the /-partition read-write but first execute "fsck.ext2 -y /dev/hda7" in some console Then you should reboot. hth,
