[opensuse] File Missing -- /usr/bin/enable /usr/bin/disable
Dear all, To install the printer on my SUSE 10.3 , a script to run to create some virtual queue of the print but there is some wrong as below: This script uses a set of system connands which may be in a different location of your system.The section on "System Commands" specifies the location of these commands The following system command(s) were not found: File missing -- /usr/bin/enable File missing -- /usr/bin/disable HOW TO FIX ---------- This problem can be easily corrected by manually editing the script [ /usr.lexprint/bin/.scripts/shared] and modify the System Commands section. PS: I can install the print on SUSE 9.3 successfully, and I can find these two file (/usr/bin/enable disable). And I found these two file are link to: /usr/bin/enable --> ../sbin/accept /usr/bin/disable --> ../sbin/accept If any one can give me the warmly help ,the prolem has confuse me a long time ,thanks at all!!! "enable" is a bash builtin, so you must not have a program of the same name in the path. My guess is that you need "/usr/sbin/cupsenable" and "/usr/sbin/cupsdisable" instead. - -- Cheers, Carlos E.
