Do you mean OSX software in general or the OSX? If it's OSX, then the answer is... not legally. The OSX EULA states you cannot run the OS on anything but Apple certified hardware.... and a VM is not Apple certified hardware. The stupid thing about this is that VMWare Fusion - the OSX version of VMWare - can virtualize OSX, and supports it... but only on a Mac host. If you Google around on certain keywords like... oh.. say "vmware osx86" you will discover a way to get OSX running in VMWare. No one has yet managed to get it working in VirtualBox (as far as I know) and since it's currently not allowed by the OSX ELUA, you won't see official support for OSX as a guest in Virtual Box anytime soon. I've seen OSX 10.4 running reasonably well in VMWare, but... since it's a bit of a bodge job to get it working, performance is... not as good as it's probably capable of if it was tuned properly. If it's specific applications.. which ones? C. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
