Hi all, after partitioning a new disk with fdisk, mkreiserfs won't create the filesystem. fdisk reports the following partition: Disk /dev/hdd: 16 heads, 63 sectors, 155061 cylinders Units = cylinders of 1008 * 512 bytes Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System /dev/hdd1 1 155061 78150712+ 83 Linux mkreiserfs reports the following: mkreiserfs -v 2 /dev/hdd1 <-------------mkreiserfs, 2001-------------> reiserfsprogs 3.x.0j mkreiserfs: can not create filesystem on that small device (0 blocks). It should have at least 8212 blocks What am I doing wrong? Thanx, Maarten Hilgenga
