Further, it appears that the bug was not recorded! It's title started "yast software manager crashed ..." and a search of bugzilla doesn't find it.

I'm not about to try resubmitting 5 MB of logs without some kind of assurance that it's not going to do exactly the same again. How else can I send the logs?
