I make a link to /usr/local/netscape/netscape at my desktop to my Netscape 7. Although when I click over its icon it ask me to choose between Run or Display. Is there a way to make this open Netscape 7 automatically? I tried chmod +x netscape.script (the name of my bash script) but it stay the same way. thanks for any reply a. -- Adagilson Batista Bispo da Silva Bibliotecário FIOCRUZ-Centro de Pesquisa Aggeu Magalhães Fone 81 3302-6524

I simply call it directly from the command line applet as "/opt/netscape7/netscape7" (I renamed the script, because there is another "netscape" that is for version 4.7 in "/opt/netscape"). I haven't bothered to create an icon for it yet - well, correction: I just did, in gnome. -- Cheers, Carlos Robinson
