In FF36, when you go to bookmark a page (ctrl+d), the bookmark entry dialog is now STUCK over the page you are bookmarking and cannot be moved (no longer modeless). This is frustrating as heck. I try and keep my bookmarks logically named. I just tried to create a new bookmark to the UEFI link Anton posted, and I couldn't move the damn dialog so I could see the page to create a custom title for the bookmark.

Has anyone found a way to get rid of this behavior and restore the previous dialog? I never had this problem in the past...
