Since the upgrade to the latest version of 2.2 from Suse's KDE page, I can no longer use the SuSE helpcentre application. When I try and do a search or look at the contents I get a message saying: "There appears to be a misconfiguration. You have associated konqueror with text/html, but it can't handle this file type." I know this is obviously false as Konqi works fine as a normal browser and I can browse online and offline and also read the KDE helpcentre pages. I'm sure someone else who has upgraded to KDE 2.2 has mentioned this problem also, but I don't recall seeing any replies. _________________________________________________________ Tim Harrell

I also have noticed the Help Center broken Tim. I also remember that was a consistent error when updating the KDE files. The "index.html" was always not found are unable to install. Wasn't sure what it associated with until trying to use the HC. As I searched, I also found there was no index.html at the location needed. I am guessing something didn't get installed or was removed by one of the installs which broke Help Center. Can anyone help with this mystery? end of line Tracer -- ---KMail 1.3--- SuSE Linux v7.2--- Registered Linux User #225206 /tracerb@sprintmail.com/ *Magic Page Products* *Team Amiga* http://home.sprintmail.com/~tracerb
