Uhm... the question was to run Quicktime under Wine, which should be a workaround, wasn't it ? Well, I havn't done it, but it should be doable. At least I don't recommend using VmWare for that purpose. My 733MHz P/// with 448Mb RAM just doesn't cut it... Success stories with Wine and QT would be interesting, and a howto would be great :-> -tosi

I was able to install QT, and get as far as opening a .mov file, when QT crashed. I didn't try audio, but others have reported success there. -- Corvin Russell <corvinr@sympatico.ca>
