[opensuse] Missing emails
Hi I've sent a couple of emails to this list and opensuse-kde over the last week or so but they never appear in my kmail. They appear to be on the opensuse archive but do not seem to have reached my ISP as they do not appear there either, i've checked the junk/spam folders as well. Any ideas? Hi Ian, sometimes it does take quite some time for one of my postings to get back to me, but usually a matter of hours, not days. Any chance that yahoo has filtered out your postings? -- Per Jessen, Zürich (8.8°C) http://www.dns24.ch/ - your free DNS host, made in Switzerland. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

Those delays are rare, and they typically affect many people. Google removes your own posts to the mail lists, it considers them as duplicates (of the "sent" folder). Maybe Yahoo does the same now? :-? - -- Cheers, Carlos E. R. I guess thats possible because i thought my sent emails would show in the sent folder on yahoo, but its empty.

No, that's different: in the case of Google you always have the first copy that appears, which is the one in the Sent folder. I would try with a different mail client: try Thunderbird. - -- Cheers, Carlos E. R. Are you not aware that among listserv admin discussions the most problematic domain has consistently been Yahoo?
