Hi there, I'm sorry to put a possible end to your hopes. I'm the proud posesser of an amilo xa2528 and, for starters, the DVD drive is not recognised. I've had a lot of communication with fujitsu-siemens and they are certain that it will be supported in the near future. It should be supported with kernel 2.6.24 howwever my first test was'nt succesfull. Have a look at http://www.amilo-forum.de/ maybe you'll have an answer there about your type of laptop. How big is the chance that SuSe 10.3 runs on this machine ? Do's anybody have some expectations ???
