Implimenting freeswan
Has anyone successfully implimented the version of freeswan which comes with SuSE ? I'm trying to follow the instructions on the freeswan website but it isn't seeming to like the command syntax suggested by the site.
Hiya all! I'm trying to make a connection between my SuSE 8.1 Pro box and a Novell NetWare 6 server, but so far I haven't had any luck. Perhaps someone here can help me out? The Linux computer is thought to act as the client to the NetWare server which I have exported a NFS directory on, NFS is a built in feature in NetWare 6, Thanx Novell! Unfortunately, there's also an uptight SmoothWall firewall "in the way" for the traffic, the NetWare server is in the GREEN (Protected) network segment and the SuSE box is on the ORANGE (DMZ) net segment. I've opened up the following in the firewall from the DMZ to the GREEN: TCP 111 UDP 111, 1028, 2049 Now to the real problem, when I do a "mount -t nfs 192.168.111.10:/share /mnt/tmp" I get a line back telling me "mount: RPC: Program not registered" And I con't find anything relevant to this issue in any of the documentation I have access to. So, I'm grateful for any help you can provide! Anders Norrbring Norrbring Consulting
