This is REALLY scary. If anyone was to register the Linux name, the whole concept would fall. We ought to do someting about this. Does Linus Torvalds knows about this? I think I read someplace that Linus had registered 'Linux' as an international trademark and added a clausule saying he wouldn't sue anyone using the name Linux in one of their products, but I'm rally not sure.. Anyone has his email addy? ;-) This should be made world-wide-news. This is really serious, and potentionally dangerous! Anyone in for a campaign called "Stop LinuxTECH!" with banners, a website and all that? ;-P Some people just never stop!
