well i think i figured out the sending now working on the receiving...
am i force to have his mail first come to my server and then i locally deliver it????? via a procmail file????

how do i allow a second computer to send mail over the internet that is conected to my server?
currently i am getting mail relay denial

you probably need to add his IP to /etc/mail/access and run SuSEconfig. Juergen
