[opensuse] Recommend good blog software
Guys, I am looking for a good blog software, one that I can blog spammer. I would like to recommend Wordpress for ease and popularity (more themes, plugin and support). I also have some blog with Serendipity (s9y.org) as blog engine and comfortable with it's feature. Agree, that is probably the best choice. You *really* want to avoid the full-CMS monsters like Drupal, Joomla, and x-oops. Configuration is very complicated [to do correctly] and keeping up with the [security] updates is exhausting. If you really need a full-blown CMS take a look at Concrete5 if you want to stay in the LAMP camp.

As everyone else said Wordpress is easiest for a blog. My personal
preference is Joomla! though as I use my site for more than just
blogging.
