Good day,
I know this may not be the place, but I have found Slashdot to be one of the worst places of information or news for anyone. Especially for Linux newbies...
Unfortuantly I see a lot of mis-information or mis-understanding on there.
My question is:
What do people use for news concerning Tech news that is accurate? I know I use newsforge and linuxtoday, is there anymore?
Matt

Then the "HellMouth" series was a long running joke? Or the alerts about stupid patents, amazon.com, etc.. are a joke? No, I think they are trying to be a serious news outlet tailored to a certain subset of geeks.

-- Scientific theories, according to Sir Karl Popper, can be "falsified," or proven wrong, by experiment. Unscientific theories -Marxist dialectical history and Freudian psychology were Popper's favorites- are formed in such a way that they cannot be falsified by data.
