Confirmed on my install too, and those titles are in a very random order. Can you file a bug report on Novell bugzilla and advise the ID?

I can confirm that the updated gimp-help packages in multimedia:photo (as per the bug report) resolve the issue. Hmm.. When I installed 2.6.1, the help files became the html files for gimp 2.4. Did I not install something I needed to install? Gone completely is the old help file format. Otherwise, the 2.6 interface, while a bit of a change from 2.4 seems to work fine.
