Who knows a sulution for my problem, I have a wisecom 56K v90 internal modem wich is connected to COM 5
COM 5 is a Windows thing, mostly. Are you sure this isn't a WinModem?
Does someone knows how to configure this in Linux Or do I have connect it with my ISDN bri 16.3 wich is standing on COM 3
I have a multimedia system with a ati videocard and TV card also a Soundblaster PCI64 witch is also giving some problems
You should be able to use OSS on this card. It's based on an ES 1371 (or is it 1370?) chipset, supported by both the kernel and the OSS package under series Pay on the installation disks. -=|JP|=- Jon Pennington | SuSE Linux 6.0 jon_pennington@excite.com | Kernel 2.2.5 Kansas City, Missouri, USA | K6-2 350 _______________________________________________________ Get your free, private email at <A HREF="http://mail.excite.com/</A">http://mail.excite.com/</A> -- To get out of this list, please send email to majordomo@suse.com with this text in its body: unsubscribe suse-linux-e Check out the SuSE-FAQ at <A HREF="http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/</A">http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/</A> and the archive at <A HREF="http://www.suse.com/Mailinglists/suse-linux-e/index.html</A">http://www.suse.com/Mailinglists/suse-linux-e/index.html</A>
