[opensuse] Tumbleweed conflict during zypper dup
I'm getting ready to upgrade Tumbleweed this morning via the usual "zypper dup" command, and it's throwing this warning: Checking for file conflicts: ...............................................................................................................................................[error] Detected 1 file conflict: File /usr/lib/liblua.so.5.3 from install of liblua5_3-5-32bit-5.3.4-1.1.x86_64 (openSUSE-Tumbleweed-Oss) conflicts with file from package liblua5_3-32bit-5.3.3-2.2.x86_64 (@System) File conflicts happen when two packages attempt to install files with the same name but different contents. If you continue, conflicting files will be replaced losing the previous content. Continue? [yes/no] (no): Should I let it replace the package, or should I tell it not to? -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
I just accepted the conflict and it seems to be working fine. It's probably a packaging issue with the switch from liblua5_3 to liblua5_3-5. -- - Karl Cheng (Qantas94Heavy) -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
