[opensuse] Automated CD Ripping
I'd like to set up a script on my 10.2 box to automatically rip a CD whenever the drive is closed, and auto-eject the CD when the process completes or hits an error. Anyone know of a good set of resources that could help a complete novice achieve this? -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

You can set up Kaudiocreator to start every time the CD drive is closed? And auto-eject the disk afterwards? I've been using KAC quite a bit, but I'm pretty sure I've explored most of the setup menu options w/o coming across those. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
You should be able to set Kaudiocreator as the default application to launch when a cd is inserted. Look under "Configure Desktop" -> Periperals -> Storage Media -> Mounted CD Rom You should be able to add a new command there. Hope this helps Tom David McMillan wrote:
