Edit /opt/kde3/share/config/kdm/kdmrc Change [Xdmcp] # Whether KDM should listen to incoming XDMCP requests. # Default is false Enable=false to Enable=true One thing to bear in ming that X over most internet connections will be very slow. You may find simply using SSH and running the apps individually works better or use something like VNC. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

FreeNX is what I use. Normally via LAN, but occasionally from home. Seems to be fine with the t-1 speed. Greg -- Greg Freemyer The Norcross Group Forensics for the 21st Century -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
