[opensuse] virtualbox can not start (after kernel pae update?)
suddenly my VirtualBox 3.0.2 can not start. so as root i run s6420:~ # /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup Stopping VirtualBox kernel module done Recompiling VirtualBox kernel module failed (Look at /var/log/vbox-install.log to find out what went wrong) s6420:~ # rpm -qa | grep virtual s6420:~ # rpm -qa | grep kernel kernel-pae-extra-2.6.27.25-0.1.1 kernel-pae-2.6.27.25-0.1.1 linux-kernel-headers-2.6.27-2.28 kernel-pae-base-2.6.27.25-0.1.1 I hv reinstalled VirtualBox, linux-kernel-headers but doesnt help. any idea? -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

It looks like you forgot to install the kernel-source package.
