I think this clears up any mis-conceptions I had about SuSE
and YaST redistribution... I hope that the original poster

You are allowed to do this. YaST is commercial, and there a no sources free available for YaST. But you can use on as many machines you want to. You are not allowed to resale it.
Just to make it totally clear, you may treat YaST just like a GPL'd program, and it may be resold as a part of the S.u.S.E. Linux package. However, the only restriction we make is that one may not create a unique commercial product out of it.
