I have an Iomega USB Zip Drive which I have managed to connect to my SuSE 8.1 machine. I was wondering if the ziptools that are supplied with the distribution work? I have tried a few and it seems that they do not work. Do these tools work only with Internal Zip drives?? Thanks. Chris

Chris, Check the box or Iomega's web site. You may find that the tools work only on Windows machines or on Macs. Pete -- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Peter N. These would be the ziptools 'supplied by SuSE', I think so no, they won't work on Windows, but maybe on a Mac (of the right variety) after recompiling...
