Hi: I have a program that must be run as root using sudo. The program needs to print a report via kprinter, SuSE 8.2 and KDE 3.3, and then choose the option to send a PDF file through kmail. The problem is that the temporary file is created in /tmp with rw permissions for owner (root) only, and can not be read by kprinter. Is there a way to make the intermediate file that the program creates, have read permissions for group and others? Thank you. -- Alfredo J.
