I have the exact same configuration, and problem. I only have two ISA slots and need them for my sound card and modem. I have a Intel 10/100 pro and the video card. How do I get them not to share an IRQ??? Dirk H. Hohndel wrote:

Most likely you have another device share the same IRQ that the Riva card is using. This causes the current driver to lock up. The reason is unknown at this point. Once you convince the BIOS of your system not to share the IRQ the server will work.
