I've got A Suse 6.4 machine. I'm trying to install diald in this machine. I did it before in Linux Slackware 3.4, kernel 2.0.30. The problem is the files in Slackware are different from the files in Suse. I'm looking for the file rc.inet1, wich was in /etc/rc.d directory. I know Suse keep the init files in /sbin/init.d/ but I don't know wich is that file (rc.inet1) in it. Any suggestions? Use wvdial and use the german script for dial on demamd (dod) not the us version , as the formatting is off and it does not work. Works like a charm. Follow the instructions in the help database but use the german script. its at http://sdb.suse.de/sdb/de/html/hoe_wv_dod_start.html At 09:07 AM 6/15/2000 -0300, Agustina Buccella wrote:
