What version are you running? The current version of Apache is 1.3.20; 1.3.19 is available on the SuSE site under 7.1 updates. There's really no need to go to the next minor version unless you run on win32 (see http://httpd.apache.org/dist/httpd/CHANGES_1.3 is you like).
