[opensuse] 10.3 gcc44-info install error, worth a bug?
Listmates, Installing gcc44-info looks like it has problems with the post install scrip not recognizing previously installed packages. Attempting to upgrade the package results in the following: The following package is going to be upgraded: gcc44-info Overall download size: 1.7 M. After the operation, 0.0 B will be freed. Continue? I think that's actually a bug in the previous package, missing a /sbin/install-info --delete on those files in %preun. You could only try to run the --delete in the %post prior to running the intended /sbin/install-info gcj (etc.). Not sure if that'd be worth it. -dnh -- Shin - Device for finding furniture in the dark. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Gotcha, I thought about that, but thought I would ask first :-) -- David C. Rankin, J.D.,P.E.
