Hi, After online upgrade of my SUSE 9.1 I cannot use YAST2 anymore. In graphical mode it does not start at all (no message, no nothing, simply doesn't start). When I type YAST in the console I get this message: warning: the qt frontend is installed but does not work warning: the ncurses frontend is installed but does not work You need to install yast2-ncurses to use the YaST2 text mode interface I reinstalled both yast2-qt 2.9.24-0.2 RPM and yast2-ncurses 2.9.25-0.2 RPM I tried to reinstall qt3 3.3.1-36.12 and yast2-core but I get missing libraries errors. Did not help. I reinstalled SUSE 9.1, repeated the online update as the first thing right after the installation and same problem again. Any other ideas??? I use Suse 9.1 for Intel architecture if this info is of any use. During the update I downloaded almost all packages that were avialable as of 27th June 2004 except: nokia thing, kernel and some other RPMs that were not applicable for my system (squirrel mail etc) -- Best regards, Siwy mailto:s_marek@poczta.onet.pl
