Getting Directory Administrator (imap) working in 9.2(pro)
Its a gui ldap 'editor' see image: http://uk.geocities.com/sjwest01/diradmsuse92pro.jpg (sorry about crap screenshot) This is the project url http://diradmin.open-it.org/index.php its an ex sourceforge project, and it comes with an rpm which with a little tweaking it will work in suse 9.2, to be on the safe side I also installed gnome just in case. get rpm install find libssl.so (I use apache2) link/make a copy to libssl.so.4 find libcrypto.so link/make a copy to libcrypto.so.4 move image directory from /usr/share/pixmaps/directory_administrator/<files> to /opt/gnome/share/pixmaps/<new directory> directory_administrator/<files> Run directory_administrator from a console, and provided everything works (I assume you have a ldap manager object and password). you should be able to add, view users etc. Quite a nice tool. - hope somebody else finds it of use.
