I want to add a truetype font and a keyboard symbols. Can anyone direct me to some documents so that i can learn more abt this. If the documents contains details about adding the fonts for SUSE 6.4 it would be very much useful for me. G. Sankara Narayanan

basically, you'll need to add a reference to the path where the fonts reside. Then, you'll need to generate fonts.scale and fonts.dir in that directory. The support is _much_ better in the newer version. Is there any way you can upgrade? I don't know how recent your KDE is, but that has a big part to play. I'm not overly proud of this, but it may have some links you can use to learn about fonts. http://baldur.globalsymmetry.com/proprietary/com/wri/ch05s02.html STH -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.2 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFARyoXwX61+IL0QsMRArxJAJ922VFqzfm8Y+/HxRG5SAg15ppjEQCghbaQ 8fdQ5Uxskqo7b2xWojmPkas= =AACa -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
