Hi. I have recognized, that there has been more asking why there's no opensusupdater for kde 3.5 with 11.0. But I have not seen any reply to them. Where is the opensuseupdater ?. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Where is the opensuseupdater ?.
/usr/bin/opensuseupdater-kde hit alt+f2 and try typing opensuseupdater it should find it. I don't know why it doesn't start up w/ kde on it's own, but once you start the applet you can right click on and then click the box that says start at login. -- Michael S. Thanks Michael, but it cannot be found there. # /usr/bin/opensuseupdater-kde -bash: /usr/bin/opensuseupdater-kde: No such file or directory A view in the directory showed of course the same. In Yast there's only the opensuseupdater for KDE4 to be found. Does it work under 3.5? The only one I have is /usr/bin/opensuseupdater-kde and it works by its definition of fine under both KDE 3.5 and 4. -- Michael S. Dunsavage -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Michael, I don't have opensuseupdater-kde under /usr/bin. I have non at all. Look above this. Is it the one for KDE4 you have installed ? If not, form where do you have your's installed ? -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

The opensuseupdater-kde is built on KDE4 but works on KDE3 just as well. Regards, Matthias -- Matthias Bach www.marix.org -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
